Director of Advocacy, Lesley Wyman. Lesley meets weekly one on one with residents to:
-Ensure that residents at Unite Lodge set their personal S.M.A.R.T. goals and works towards achievement.
-Advocates on behalf of residents to eliminate barriers in accessing resources in the county and supportive organizations
-Provides assistance navigating legal, healthcare, and other systems
-Connects residents with professionals to support goal achievement (ie. financial planning, banking, credit restoration, etc.)
-Supports residents in crisis and advocates on their behalf for optimum results
-Advocate for the mission of the organization in collaboration with other community organizations.
